Sparta Tests — team diagnostics and assembly

Teams don’t breakbecause of people —they break over combinations.

Sparta turns psychological test results into a map of the relationships inside a team: who amplifies whom, where friction builds up, and which lineup will carry the task. The methodology is maintained by practicing psychologists and psychiatrists with years of experience.

Sound familiar?

“Something is off” — but what exactly?

conflict linksafter reassembly
  • Meetings stall, decisions hang in the air
  • A conflict smolders with no visible cause
  • Strong people — weak group
  • New lineup — same problems
  • Team building helps for exactly a week
Sparta looks for the cause in combinations, not in people: it shows exactly which links drag the group down — and how to reassemble the lineup so friction becomes traction.

How it works

From “what’s wrong with the team?” to an action plan — four steps

01

One link — the whole team

Participants take the tests with a personal code: no accounts, passwords, or mass emails. Five methodologies — from MBTI and Big Five to the associative Jung16 — in four languages.

02

From answers to a profile

Results are normalized into a typology profile that states its source and confidence. The final word stays with the expert: automation does not replace the specialist.

03

Lineups built for the task

The 16×16 relations matrix, group morphology, and automatic assembly plans: the system itself proposes team options for discussion, brainstorming, execution, or decision-making.

04

Three reports in one run

The participant, the manager, and HR each get their own report. Every conclusion traces back to the data, carries a confidence level, and comes with a “what must not be inferred” section.

Tools

What ordinary questionnaires don’t have

16×16 intertype relations matrix

256 relationship pairs between types — each with its strengths, risks, and smoothing techniques. The compatibility of a pair or an entire team is visible on one screen.

Group morphology

The group’s form, Reinin traits, and the strengths and weaknesses of the lineup. A deterministic calculation with stated grounds — analysis of structure, not judgment of people.

reproducible calculation

Auto assembly plans

The system searches through lineups and proposes a plan for the goal — with coverage, the remainder of unassigned people, and a score for every group.

Group portfolios

Rehearse a reorganization: lineup snapshots, reshuffle scenarios, and side-by-side comparison of options — before touching real teams.

AI bundle per participant

Test cards, an integrated profile, and three targeted reports — in a single run. Each with its own evidence matrix.

Report center

Dozens of personal PDFs are generated in the background and downloaded as a single archive — hand out results to the whole team in a minute.

Code-based access

Participants sign in with a personal code — zero passwords and accounts. One public link launches testing for an entire department.

Method

People stand behind the method — not just an algorithm

Practicing psychologists and psychiatrists with years of experience work with the platform. Automation speeds up the work but does not decide for the specialist: every profile can be confirmed by an expert conclusion.

  1. Type identification is transparent: the source, method, and confidence are stated explicitly
  2. Every AI conclusion traces back to specific data
  3. Every report includes a “what must not be inferred” section
  4. Reports are working hypotheses, not HR decisions

Honest numbers

The numbers behind the method — not the marketing

We don’t show logos we don’t have. We show what the method is made of.
